4th October 2010 sees the release by Union Square Music of
Rollermania - The Anthology.

The Greatest Hits of The Bay City Rollers and so much more.

Included on these discs are 81 songs, all digitally remastered so that they sound the best they possibly can after all these years bringing you the very best listening experience.  4 hrs and 24 minutes worth in fact!

There are a number of rare Bonus US and alternative tracks and solo Les McKeown tracks for you to enjoy.

Expanded artwork includes a 36 page full colour booklet featuring extensive new liner notes, rare photos and a Rollers discography.

If it becomes at all possible before the date of release I will post a review of the set and try to put across the point of view of an everyday Rollers Fan.

Les has been mentioning the Anthology release in interviews recently.  Check out one here from the Edinburgh Evening News.

Keep it here Rollerfans, as I receive any more news regarding this fantastic product, including any publicity by Les McKeown for the release, it will be posted here and on the news page.

** Our First Winner **

We have our very first winner folks.

The lucky winner is Jasmine Mehlert all the way over in Australia.
Congratulations Jasmine, your entry had me chuckling out loud.

The task was to come up with the most amusing and imaginative caption you could to put to this photograph.  The winning caption is displayed below.

**** Princess Anne in her very poshest voice:
"No Woody, one's bum does not look big in those trousers!" ****

I knew you guys had a great sense of humour.  Well done Jasmine!
I hope you will enjoy every second of listening to the new CDs.

Thanks and commiserations to everyone else who entered, don't worry though, you have another chance now to win yourselves a copy of the boxset.

*** Our Second Winner: ***

Our winner of the second boxset has been chosen.

She is Kazza T of North Yorkshire in the UK!  Well done Kazza!
Your Anthology is on it's way.

What was the question?

Have those pens at the ready!

I want you to put on your thinking caps and get your creative juices flowing.

Write a short poem or limerick, anything that describes what The Rollers mean or have meant to you over the years.

Think about the way you have felt, how their music made you feel, how the songs have helped you through your life, how you feel when one of them suddenly pops up on the radio, anything which describes your relationship with the Rollers, past, present or future!  You could even put in there why you would like to win this boxset.  You choose your subject and get it entered before the closing date for your chance of winning.

The Winning Entry.

My everything, my all
You broke down my walls

Was scared, was shy
Then along came this guy

Dark hair and dark eyes
One of five, brightened my skies

My days had been dark
Suddenly, there was a spark

My life now had Woody
Contained within, I found family

We were ALL there, no longer had to care
Rollergirl gang, we danced and sang

Found friends for life, my flag unfurled
Thank you Rollers, you changed my World
