In the year 2000, Derek was sentenced to
300 hours community service after admitting to possessing child
pornography. He plead guilty to the charge in a
vain attempt to avoid a media
circus but has always remained adamant that the material in question was left
at his home by an acquaintance and was nothing do with him whatsoever. |
